Drain accumulated water: Before winter arrives, if the filter is no longer in use, the inlet and outlet valves should be closed, and the accumulated water inside the filter should be drained. For outdoor installed filters, insulation measures should also be taken.
Inspection and Cleaning: Regularly check the inlet and outlet pressure of the filter and whether there are any leaks in the system. When cleaning, first close the inlet and outlet valves, and open the drain valve to discharge impurities and dirt. If there is stubborn dirt, special cleaning agents can be used, but care should be taken to avoid corrosion of the filter.
Replace filter material: Regularly inspect and replace filter material according to usage, ensure that the new filter material meets the requirements, and fill it in the correct order and height.
Check valves and pipelines: Regularly check whether the valves and pipelines of the filter are intact, whether there are leaks or damages, and repair or replace them in a timely manner if there are any abnormalities.
